It is common to read and hear about the globalization of the economy and Mexico is not exempt from this worldwide trend. Globalization stems from an increasingly common fact: we live in a world whose communities and blocs are becoming more and more independent.

All countries are obliged to relate to each other, they are independent in a global economy where no nation can claim to be the absolute dominant one, as there are no self-sufficient economies.

For this reason, economic blocs have been formed and free trade agreements have been signed. We live in an economy where the relative advantages of the past are being nullified and tend to equalize due to the effects of openness; that is, countries have opened their borders and reduced their import tariffs. No country can claim total industrial supremacy. The economies of all nations are growing interdependently, creating new challenges, but also better opportunities.
