Abstract

The present work analyzes the characteristics of the
enterprise culture, the capacity of learning as well as an
association between both phenomena through a case study, in the company denominated Metalsa, that stands out in the automotive sector in the city of San Luis Potosí, S.L.P.
In order to carry out the diagnosis of the culture that was
used in this investigation, it was taken as a base the model
developed by Cameron and Quinn (2006) for “diagnosing
and changing the organizational culture”. and to measure
the second variable, was used an adaptation of the questionnaire of the model of the capacity of learning of Yeung, A.K., Ulrich O.J., Nason S.W. and Glinow M.A., (1999).
The results indicate that there is evidence of a statistically
significant relation between the typology of culture and the
variables of the learning capacity.
