Abstract

In visits to small and medium-sized companies, one of the problems we frequently encounter is seeing executives carrying out intense work, with a heavy schedule and high tensions, while other executives, even though they are in charge of a larger number of people, carry out their work more calmly and within a normal schedule; We have also been able to perceive an efficient work environment, in contrast to the first executives mentioned, who have many problems in their administration.

A very common situation that we also observe in companies is that a large number of administrative management functions fall to a single person, who has been working in the same organization for many years as: director, manager or administrator. There comes a time when this person feels overwhelmed, too stressed by the accumulation of tasks that they have to attend to personally, they know that they have to delegate part of these tasks or functions but they do not trust others for fear that the work will not be done. do well and look bad as responsible.
