Abstract

If we wanted to start from some point of reference for what has been written and practiced about teams, we could go back to different moments in history, from the most remote to the most recent, concluding with the recent research carried out and published up to the nineties. Therefore, for this research, we have started from the various works within the current of Organizational Development (OD).
