Abstract

The crisis of the Mexican economy as a result of the mechanisms assumed by financial capital to obtain monetary resources without participating in productive investments, has caused speculative movements and capital outflows. This has not occurred arbitrarily, but rather there is legislation that allows the free international mobility of capital, without any restriction on its free flow.
