Abstract

Investigating the theoretical frameworks for team building, Mauro Rodríguez Estrada in his manual Team Integration tells us that "man is a social being and his sociability leads him to form groups and to integrate into those already formed. He has an innate sense of affiliation, which translates into active, participatory belonging behaviors, and also into the taste for uniforms, symbols and personal insignia of religion, politics and sport. The flags, medals, shields, pennants and T-shirts that proclaim our affiliations are universal."
