Quality culture for microenterprises in the commerce sector
Keywords:
Economy, Government, Maelstrom, CultureAbstract
National economies are becoming part of a global economy. Borders are increasingly opening up for trade and the integration of production chains, overcoming the obstacles that previously prevailed in this regard for ideological, political and cultural reasons. In this context, governments and societies must make joint efforts to ensure that their territories are inserted in a modern, fair and competitive manner in the process of economic globalization. Mexico cannot escape this maelstrom, since despite still being considered a third world country, with great economic and technological limitations, it has entered into the process of opening up to first world countries, and must therefore ensure that its products and services are of the highest quality to compete for the acceptance of consumers in that market, which will be possible to the extent that organizations acquire a culture of quality that transcends all of its members and is projected into all of its operations.
