Proposal for a methodologyto measure the relationship betweenemotional intelligence and quality of service

This paper addresses the issue of emotional intelligence (EI) from conceptualization to the analysis of various models developed by gurus IE issue.
This study extends the approach to the issue by offering a methodological procedure or logical and orderly sequence of steps to measure the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and the perceived level of Quality of Service (CS). Besides serving to measure the relationship theoretically explained, also allows for the impact a (IE) has over another (CS) and uncover the causes of this influence. Have been proposed statistical and mathematical methods to support the procedure and its validation suggested in utilities of various kinds.
