Proposal for Calculation of Benefits and Compensation in the event of Unjustified Dismissal

Abstract

It is of real importance, both for the employer and for the worker, to know the Federal Labor Law in order to understand labor relations. That is why, in this work, we try to guide and know what the worker has the right to when he separates from his job, suspends the work relationship, resigns, retires or is fired; in addition, the employer must also know this, in order to know how much he has to retain as tax for the income that in this case the worker obtains. The proposal in this work is to leave a properly structured precedent for any professional, student, businessman or interested party.
