CHANGES IN LEGAL AND TAX REGULATIONS

The purpose of this study is to analyze the evolution of the legal and tax regulations of Cooperative Societies (SC) in Mexico, by reviewing the regulations based on the laws in force, as well as the changes, proposals and decrees published in the Official Journal of the Federation (DOF). With this, a comparison is made, concluding in the benefits that represent this type of associations and also, to spread the cooperative culture that can be taken as an option of development, growth and economic independence.
