HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PRACTICES AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE IN AGUASCALIENTES' COMPANIES

This study analyzes the relationship between human resource management practices and organizational performance in companies in Aguascalientes. The results were based on a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire, which were applied in 219 companies, counting as a source of information the human resources managers or personnel, area. The results were obtained from a correlation analysis and Spearman's Rho test, which demonstrate the existence of a statistically significant relationship between integration practices, permanence practices, and control practices, with performance in sales growth, increase in production volume, increase in public image, increase in market share and increase in profitability in the companies studied.
