Abstract

The research report refers to the challenges that correspond to assume in situations of contextual crisis to all institution.

Although regularly it’s demanded to employees or workers (EO’s) that generate bigger margins of productivity, the institutional directive spreads to be confused and to lose the necessary strategic vision based on the stimulus to the creativity of the EO’s to innovate. 

A characterization of dimensions of human growth, a classification of creative competitions is contributed to innovate, but mainly, the explanation of the pattern of “fourth evolved helix of the innovation”, in which the EO’s are the outstanding actor.
