Music therapy: the use of musical activities in the field of training.

Few people can resist the sounds and music. Almost all are a type of music they like or find interesting. The music surrounds us throughout our lives, from the womb, and they go with us anywhere in the world where we go.
This article simply tries to give form to “something” that we have always innately known. The music has qualities that make it special in itself: it is a flexible art has the ability to mobilize our emotions, thoughts, feelings, memories, can activate or relax, is a media close, can easily combined with other arts, and so on.
This article justifies the use of musical activities in the training programs can lead to increased motivation, involvement andparticipation of trainees due to the great potential of music as a tool we can use to try to get a variety of therapeutic targets.
