Abstract

There are countless times in which it is believed that the problem of the lack of development of Mype's is due to their lack of liquidity, when in reality the lack of development of Mype's can be due to multiple causes such as: productive inefficiencies, incorrect working capital policies, lack of expense control and even the lack of quality of their products, and without failing to consider the causes that derive from the organizational and business culture that affects the entrepreneurs of the Mype's, since Finally, they are responsible for making decisions in their companies, and the question arises as to whether these decisions are rational or not, so we will focus this study on analyzing whether microentrepreneurs make their decisions on rational bases; Therefore, this essay begins with the reflection that a Micro Company is considered, continuing with decision making in companies and with the analysis of what are the origins of the current of rationality in organizations and how it impacts the decision making.
