Abstract

The process of globalization of the states and the conditions imposed by the market and international trade, translate into the need for industries to achieve improvements in productivity standards, quality and product design. As a consequence, administrative processes have gone beyond the merely operative scope of companies and are now more than ever closely linked to their expansion strategy, where the increase in productivity, effectiveness and efficiency is a determining factor in the definition of goals, market expansion and consolidation of their position.
