MAX WEBER'S BUREAUCRATIC MODEL OF ORGANIZATION: A THEORY FOR THE EFFICIENCY OF MODERN ORGANIZATION CONVIGENCE IN POSTMODERNITY
Keywords:
Bureaucratic theory, Modernity, Postmodernity, Government, StateAbstract
From the review and analysis of the classical organizational concepts provided by the Weberian model to the science of administration in general, it was found that despite the time elapsed since its appearance in the sociological literature mainly, this model presents an organizational design scheme with a certain degree of efficiency that remains valid to this day. It is considered that Max Weber's theory of bureaucracy provides important elements for the search for new approaches or administrative currents that make more effective the crucial role played by an organization as complex as the State, and whose consequences irremediably affect all aspects within postmodern societies.
