Towards Technological Innovation in Sonora through the Construction and Transfer of Knowledge

This article is a reflection on the new conditions in the Sonoran economy toward the establishment of a road to knowledge society, having as a basic reference to technological innovation.
This is discussed under the assumption that it is in the study of interactions between knowledge producers and users of that which today seems to be the key to understanding the processes of innovation and technology development level of regions. Therefore, this work focuses on the reflection on the challenges facing the regions in the new knowledge economy on the one hand, and reaching some of the successful experiences of knowledge generation and transfer of existing competence result of public policies and institutional structures that gradually support the management and promotion of such shares, on the other side.
