The aim of this paper was to identify the relationship between the commitment (affective, continuance and normative) which Meyer, Allen and Smith (1993) have defined as the psychological state, which is the product of the relationship, a person has with his/her organization thank to the organizational support perceived to recognized why people decide to stay or not in those organizations from Rioverde and “Ciudad Fernandez” in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.

The outcome showed the employees affective and normative commitment differences in the three participant organizations. The employee commitment toward the organization is influenced by that support perceived by them belonging from the organization. Moreover, it was stated that the support perceived and continuance commitment were the unique ones which showed association.

If the organizations have enough elements for establishing the way in which it is influenced the relationship between the affective, continuance and normative commitment with the support perceived by the employees from the organization, they would understand their employees behavior at work
