Behavior of the business environment in companies in the commerce and services sectors. An evaluation of your learning process in a globalized environment

The aim of this research was to identify the behavior of the business environment in business trade and services sectors. Design research was nonexperimental, descriptive correlational and non-probability sample applied to (82) subjects who perform managerial level positions. The results of tests carried out show that (57%) of respondents are unaware of the positioning their products (40%) developed additional products (51%) has increased the number of clients (49%) believe that their customer consumed more than last year.
