Abstract

Although there is a tendency to accept change and participate in a continuous process that aims at progress and growth, a phenomenon that can occur in a solid, strong organizational culture is resistance to change, which at a certain moment can become in a barrier against the application of new administrative techniques that can help reduce the verticality of organizational structures.
