This work reflects on the three dimensions that make up the concept of sustainable development: the economy, the environment and the social. The definition of a new ethics is proposed in the processes of design and implementation of public policies aimed at promoting comprehensive development, seeking to transcend the emphasis that has been made in economic terms and, through a vision of regional development, provide publicity and a multidimensional approach of development to government policies.
