Abstract

This work is derived from the research project Family Business Management and focuses on a review of various conceptualizations and analysis of strategic factors, such business of great importance in the economy of our country.

One of the critical elements in family businesses are the emotional conflicts, which occur in some specific terms because the family is based on prevailing issues in the protection and loyalty, while in the business sphere, which is based on the task, governing the performance and results.

Whereas the family business is the product of the intersection of three subsystems that converge there: the family, the property of the company and its management, and today faces the challenges of increasing competition to survive a country and global level, establishing the importance of achieving efficiency in its management taking into account the coexistence of emotional factors pertaining to their nature.
