Quality profiles and lifestyles in working environments heighten concerns by the high impact and costs of the so-called "occupational diseases", booth in developed economies in developing. Through the regular practice of systematic exercise people and many benefits that help make your life much healthier. The basic purpose of guiding the company benefits from having an exercise physical Systematized program in the field of occupational health like of preventing injuries musculoskeletal which may arise as part of the daily activities of their employees allowing employees interacting physical activity with job performance.
