Management of social responsibility and occupational risk

The occupational health care is the fi rst evidence of social commitment of the organization, which takes a signifi cant role in the conscious exercise of the Social Responsibility management of the organization, in this sense this paper involves an analysis of the management of occupational health and safety, through a theoretical review and a case study of occupational risk implicit in the maquiladora industry in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.
The methodology used was a causal analysis and a descriptive study of the correlations detected within the framework of the theory of constraints.
The findings distinguish the existence of a social management work rules without additional input.
