Abstract

Virtually any environmental or species on the earth that suffer the cumulative effects of pollution or transit of toxic pollutants resulting from industrialization and “development.”

In this sense, the redesign for the environment is available to organizations on a voluntary alternative to establish environmental protection practices, and invest in technology, systems and procedures. Including organic agriculture is located, as a return to nature, replacing chemicals with biological fertilizers to recover to farming and not further damage the aquifers, crops and land. This situation is necessary and important in Sonora, by damage to agricultural fields as a result of the Green Revolution that led to overexploitation and depletion of their fields.

This paper reviews the proposed change to sustainable agriculture to benefit health, community and agribusiness.

Framework developed as organic agriculture, sustainability, social responsibility and rules of international competition, using a qualitative case study of an agricultural field off the coast of Hermosillo to analyze the change in mentality and practical indicators of development work responsibilities, social and environmental.

The object of study is organic agriculture as an instrument of social responsibility management, and the subject a field prototype of the coast of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.

The findings are evidence that organic farming offers a business model that supports the social management of risk.
