Determining factors that affect sales in a rural development, Case: Real del Catorce Haciendas.

This paper discusses the main factors that influenced the decision to buy land in the Campestre Real del Catorce development in Hermosillo, a population of 962 customers a sample of 88 randomly. The purpose is to identify those factors that influenced more decisive way, plus you get other information from a customer profile of Real del Catorce. The results show that the null hypothesis as both general and specific: Determining those factors critical in the volume of sales achieved, the main with a confidence level of 95% of descending importance: 0.972 Location with correlation, Advertising 0.95, orography in 0.925, 0.914 family concept, lighting, 0.91, 0.905 surveillance, no credit investigation 0.527, water 0406, 0.32 credit schemes, recreational 0.267, paving 0.238, extension 0.196, enclosure 0178, shopping 0.055, cost per 0.042 meters, other 0.01., the largest volume of sales was achieved in February with a 63.1% and 36.9% in March, confirming that the sales were fast in a short period, the profile of customers is that their average family income is 5-8 GMS clients, which are on average married with two children, are economically active, professional, think that would be nice to put a school in the future and the most important Real Fourteen of satisfactorily meets the expectations of customers.
